It’s the beginning of a new year.  And for the first time in a long time, uncertainty has crept into the language of the BV Practice Leader.  The “build it and they will come” approach to running a practice seems to have been replaced by a “wait and see” attitude.  Regardless of what you may think about it, the future won’t stop coming at you; which is why we continue to publish this eNewsletter.

Getting more from the team you have has never been more critical.  In this issue, we share advice on that subject from Mitch McCrimmon.  We offer some ideas on selling against price.  We talk about how BV layoffs might not increase the candidate pool in the way you’d think.  And, we review a new book on the subject of hiring the A Player.

We want you to get more out of this newsletter than the time you put into reading it. We welcome your comments and suggestions for information that would be useful in your practice. Send us an email.
