Women are entering the world of valuation in greater numbers, though they remain a distinct minority in upper management. Could this be due to some form of gender bias in the industry?

I don’t need to bother working with a recruiter, you say. I know my experience is in demand. When I’m ready to change jobs, I can make the connections I need to make. It can’t be that hard.
