You could be a manager or director. In either case you will be second chair to an MD who has developed a solid pipeline of ESOP business valuation in the Alexandria, VA, office of this national practice. Add your strength in delivering high quality work at a high standard of service. Transition into a leadership role that you help design and, depending on experience and timeline, assume leadership of the practice.
The firm’s core business is ESOP and Employee Ownership. Engagements cover a full spectrum of service from feasibility study to fairness opinion, annual updates, and, when needed, plan termination. The firm itself is an ESOP so you will have the additional benefit of employee ownership.
You will leverage staff in Chicago and Cincinnati and manage engagements to tight deadlines. You do not need extensive experience in ESOPs but you do need enough to know that you are comfortable having them as your sole focus.
