It’s busy season for many in the BV/LS world. It’s easy to feel like you barely have time to raise your head from your work for a meal or sleep, never mind pay attention to your career. That’s why this newsletter comes to your Inbox.

Hindsight is almost always 20/20. But that doesn’t do you any good when you discover you’re in the wrong place. We have tips for interviewing to avoid that problem. Saying “no” has hidden magic. We explain how you can use it. “Pay” is the benchmark we all use to measure our value. But it may not mean what you think it does. Demand for quality talent continues, so we have included a link to some genuinely outstanding positions. Finally, check out our video advice about timing of a relocation.

We talk to BV professionals all over the country. Why aren’t we talking to you? Call or email us, in confidence.

Are there other topics you’d like to see covered? Would you like to contribute? Please let us know any time.
