    It’s been almost a year since Uncle Covid sent everyone scattering from their offices. A lot has changed in the meantime. One thing that hasn’t changed, though, is the need to stay on top of your BV career. That’s why you have this newsletter.

    Everyone wants to know if a job offer is negotiable. We explain why that may be the wrong question. Job changes typically happen because the grass looks greener somewhere else. But to have long term success you have to remember that it’s not greener, it’s just different. If a job offer is a little lower than you expected, it might be because of hiring risk you don’t see.
