    Cruise-control is a handy feature to have in a car. It won’t work for BV careers, though, which is why you have this newsletter to turn to for perspective.

    “Look before you leap” can be such a cliché. We have practical advice for what that means when you’re interviewing for a new position. It’s normal to think about what could happen to your career if you changed jobs. Hardly anyone stops to think about what could happen if you don’t change. The problem is that you don’t know what you don’t know. We use an imaginary Q&A to answer some of the most common questions we are asked. Making the shift from a doer to a doer/seller is a challenge for nearly everyone. There are four questions to ask yourself to get started.
