On a scale of one to five, rank your level of satisfaction when it comes to things like the range of engagements that you get to do. The roles that you play there. Your relationships with your boss, your peers, and your clients.
If any of those measurements don’t score a five, what can you do to get them there?
- Are you ready to take on a more comprehensive report than you have before?
- Do a much more complex engagement than before?
- To step into more of a client-facing role than before?
